Delivery

 

After you purchase we will notify you of the expected date of delivery and do our best to deliver to you by that date to the address that you specify for delivery. In the event that you are not available to receive the goods at the point when they were delivered, you will be responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods if they are held at the post office or delivery company's depot. If you wish to enquire about a specific date for delivery please contact us.

We will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel. We will try to meet any date stated for delivery, but the dates are not guaranteed. Occasionally it may become necessary for us to cancel your order before delivery. We will let you know as soon as we can that this has happened and you will not be charged, or if you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to you.

If you live within our local area we will deliver to you on our local vehicles. If you are not located in the local area we will despatch your items with our courier. We can deliver Monday- Friday and arrange a specific day for delivery. You will be able to track your order, however we will not be able to give a specific time of delivery.

Delivery of furniture and BBQ’s will take place within 5 working days.
Delivery of machinery will take place within 3 working days; in many cases it is available for next day delivery.

Need something in a hurry?  Next Day delivery options are available on many products, please contact our customer service team on 0845 8727 411 who are happy to advise you on our quickest delivery options. 

Order Procedure

After you have made an online order you will receive an email confirmation.  We will then contact you as soon as possible to arrange a suitable delivery date as all goods must be signed for. You will then receive a second email to confirm this delivery date and the goods will be dispatched. Be aware that you may incur a charge for re-delivery if you fail to be present on the confirmed delivery date.

Overseas Orders

At this time we do not accept orders from overseas via the website.  


How Does it Work?

Sometimes we all know what we want but we just don't have the time to search for it in store. Simply find what you're looking for on our website in your convenience, add it to you cart and checkout. Select the 'Click and Collect' Payment option and submit your order. Then when you're ready, using the table below come into the Garden Centre, collect and pay for your goods. It couldn't be easier.

What happens once I submit my order?

Once you have submitted your order you will receive a confirmation email. We will then arrange for your goods to be at the garden centre in accordance with our collection time table below. All goods will be held for 7 working days from your order date unless other arrangements have been made.

When will my items be ready for collection?

Please see the table below for when your items will be available to collect. 
Unfortunately all orders made between 4pm on a Friday and 4pm on a Sunday will not be ready for collection until Monday after 12pm.


How do I Collect my items?

Simply go in store no earlier than the day shown in the table above and your order will be ready for collection. Simply head to the Checkout and let us do the rest.

What do I need to bring with me?

When you are ready to come into the Garden Centre to collect your goods, all we ask is for you to bring in your desired payment method and your order number. 

Can I collect on the same day?

Due to the varying size of our products we have to store some items at our distribution centre. If you require collection on the same day as your reservation please contact us on 0845 8727411 and we can arrange for the goods to be at the Garden Centre for you or inform you when they are available.

What happens if I have a problem?

If you have a problem in terms of collecting and paying for your goods, or you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on 0845 8727411 with your order number to hand and we will be happy to advise you in any way we can.

Why is there a delivery charge on my order when I am collecting?

Unfortunately due to the e-commerce platform that we use at Reigate Garden Centre a delivery charge is always applied to orders under £200. As there is no physical transaction until you are in store and collecting your items, this delivery charge will be voided and you will not be charged.

What if my item/s are out of stock or a special order?

As soon as your order is received we will check on the availability. If for any reason we are sold out, or there is a delay in getting the item for you, we will contact you and let you know when the stock will be replenished or suggest an alternative.
